These terms only apply for private commissions. (art can only be for client’s personal use)

Terms of Service
✦ Prices may be subject to change at any given moment
✦ I, the artist, may decline a commission at any given moment.

General
✦ Include general color palette/clear reference as well as description.
✦ What I WILL draw: Fanart, anime style, semi-realism, real people
✦ What I WON’T draw: Furries, mecha, backgrounds, animals, gore
✦ Background will be solid colors/simple gradients

Payment
✦ All transactions will be invoiced by me
✦ A 50% deposit or full payment will be required upon accepting the commission. If there was a deposit made, the remainder 50% can be made once the artwork is complete.
✦ Prices are non-negotiable

Cancellation and Refund
✦ There will be no refund once I start doing the commission
✦ If I am unable to deliver I will give a full refund.

Process
✦ Once payment is made, you will first receive a sketch to make adjustments.
✦ I will subsequently update you with a rough colored sketch
✦ There will be a half rendered drawing update as well (Note: large changes made at this point will be subject to a 30% surcharge from the original price)
✦ A total of 3 rounds of changes are allowed.
✦ Process will take 1-4 weeks depending on the complexity of the artwork.
✦ The final product will be emailed to you.

Usage
✦ Posts made on social media and websites are allowed but credits have to be made to my Instagram handle; @dtrbl.mp4
✦ Profiting from the illustration is strictly prohibited. (e.g. making prints, reselling, etc.)
augmenting the original image without permission from me will not be tolerated.
✦ Claiming the artwork as your own will not be allowed.
✦ I will not make a profit off of commissioned artworks
✦ I can post the artwork onto my own social media
